Quehué Project. Installation for Petrobras Prize, 2008 For the Quehué project Marisa Rubio set herself to explore the local imaginary of a small town in La Pampa with a population of 500. Using the information available on the web she gathered information about its inhabitants and their social connections. She wrote individual and fantastic letters to each of them, then mailed them all at once and travelled to the location to register the impact of her gesture. The resulting collection of photos, texts, press articles constitute the installation that was awarded a Petrobras Prize in 2008.
