Due to her teaching activities and her participative project Club del Dibujo (The Drawing Club), Claudia del Rio is one of the most productive artists in the contemporary scene of Rosario. Echoes of her influence have arrived in Buenos Aires in the form of a myth around her person, but her work has been shown only sporadic and partially.This exhibition is born out of an interest to revert that situation, to offer a perspective on her work that can function in a pedagogic sense by answering the question: “What does Claudia del Rio do when she makes art objects?”.
